How the IT recruitment process unfolds

Our IT recruitment process is both thorough and efficient, designed to ensure quality throughout. Typically spanning 5-7 weeks, it includes everything from initial candidate screening to interviews and competency evaluations. We focus on tailoring the process to the specific needs of each company, and naturally, we treat all information with the utmost confidentiality.

Briefing

Our IT recruitment starts off with a thorough briefing to the recruitment specialist regarding the specific job profile. The brief is approved to ensure we understand your needs and expectations.

Strategy and search

The IT recruitment team devises a specific search strategy, conducting proactive searches for passive candidates across all relevant sources and our extensive network.

Screening and interview

Next, we commence a thorough screening of potential candidates. Our experienced consultants conduct initial interviews and carefully assess each candidate’s suitability.

Presentation and 1st interview

We present selected candidates to you based on their CVs, cover letters, screening questions, and an introduction to the candidate. Following this, you conduct the first round of interviews, often accompanied by one of our recruitment consultants.

2nd interview round

We select relevant candidates from the first interview round and may conduct personality tests if necessary. Subsequently, the second interview round is conducted.

Candidate selection

Finally, we conduct reference checks on all candidates, and the final decision is made based on both the candidate’s technical qualifications and cultural fit with the company. A job offer is then extended to the chosen candidate.
