The Recruitment Process
When you have uploaded your CV to our internal database, we will contact you as soon as a job opportunity that matches your profile and competencies appears.
If you are contacted regarding a specific position, and you find the position in question of interest, one of our recruitment consultants will reach out to you for an informal conversation about the details. If there is a match between the position, your competencies, and your career ambitions, we will arrange an in-depth conversation with you.
The following step will typically be presenting your profile and CV to the employing company. This can be done anonymously.
At Capax a recruitment process usually lasts between five and eight weeks from end to end, for a selected candidate.
