As a Service Management Consultant at BusinessNow, you will work with some of Sweden’s largest organizations. You will help customers streamline and automate processes and deliveries within Service Management, specifically analyzing current processes and, using the market’s best technologies, implementing and improving business and IT processes.

You will be a key person in ensuring that organizations have structured frameworks so they can deliver quality service based on their strategy, everyday operations, and challenges. Your goal will include guiding them safely through their challenges and helping them make difficult decisions. The role is not directly sales-related, but you are expected to act as an advisor with your knowledge of business process understanding and guide the customer regarding future needs.

Most of your workday will take place at customer sites, where you will work together with them and your project team to optimize and implement IT processes. There are generally few travel days associated with the position, and trips will mainly be same-day round trips.

Requirements

Within 6 months

You will learn the ServiceNow tool in depth and understand the various possibilities it provides organizations. From the start, you will take responsibility for smaller customers and projects and develop through learning-by-doing in close collaboration with your colleagues.

After 6 months

You will take on the role of Service Management Consultant and take responsibility for larger organizations. You will be responsible for your own customers and projects and handle the entire process from first contact to implementation and completion in collaboration with your project team.
