We are seeking an experienced freelancer for a 2-year project with one of the largest banks in the Nordics. The bank is undergoing a significant transformation to enhance its security infrastructure.

This project is part of a long-term transformation plan where the bank is implementing a Zero Trust security strategy. They are looking for a Senior Security Architect with extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to assist with the next phase of this journey, focusing on the IAM pillar.

Your role will also involve acting as a change agent, ensuring that employees and senior stakeholders are aligned with the journey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale security implementations and driving organizational change in complex environments.

Key Deliverables:

• Successful implementation of the IAM pillar within the Zero Trust framework in the finance sector.
• Engagement and alignment of key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
