About the Sprinkler Engineer Position

To succeed in this role, it is important that you find working with sprinkler systems and fire protection exciting. You may have experience working with sprinkler systems already, but it is not a prerequisite for the position. You likely have experience in project management and could be a plumber, engineer, constructor, or marine engineer by profession, particularly with experience in technical systems during the execution phase.

Professionally, you will have the opportunity to work with the design, installation, maintenance, and inspection of sprinkler systems in various types of buildings and industrial facilities. Your tasks will range from preparing bids, discussing solutions with customers, sketching projects, performing calculations, and project management, including being responsible for the economy and time of individual tasks. You likely have experience with several of these tasks, and you will receive ongoing professional support from more experienced colleagues, as it is not expected that you can handle all tasks immediately.

Your personality is characterized by ownership and credibility. You manage your projects with great commitment and are accustomed to working in a competitive market. You understand that quality is of great importance, as is the management of time and economy for any project. You are motivated by collaborating with others and contributing knowledge that helps ensure a viable solution for the customer. Additionally, you have a professional interest in continuously developing your skills, which will also give you the opportunity to achieve certification as a sprinkler engineer.
