About the Department

Joining PolyPeptide as a Solution Manager means becoming part of the ERP & Application Services Team in Global IS/IT. This global organization is committed to supporting the business from strategy execution to operational delivery, with a focus on digitalization. The department comprises 12 employees, including Solution Managers, MES and Integration Architects, and an ERP support specialist. They work on global applications, governance, audits, internal and global projects such as MES implementation and Global CMMS project, 2nd and 3rd level support, and internal improvements.

About the Position

As a Solution Manager within Manufacturing at PolyPeptide, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and further developing processes and applications supporting the manufacturing area. You will contribute to the development and implementation of MES & CMMS solutions, as well as other solutions supporting the manufacturing processes. With a new Manufacturing System Execution (MES) set to roll out in the summer of 2024, you will be instrumental in its successful implementation. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of automation processes, ensuring roadmaps, compliance, governance, and 2nd and 3rd level support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer, maintain, test, and support global solutions within the Manufacturing area.
• Develop and implement roadmaps and changes in applications within the Manufacturing area such as MES and CMMS.
• Ensure compliance of applications, governance, and data flows.
• Participate in and lead Governance forums in collaboration with the business.
• Ensure GxP validation and documentation requirements.
• Handle tickets (incidents, service requests, and problems) in collaboration with the support center and external suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with external suppliers to ensure communication, processes, SLA follow-up, and progress on activities.
• Conduct ongoing dialogue with business sites, including user training to a certain degree.

Location

The position is based in Malmö, but your responsibility will be global, with daily communication with colleagues across various business locations within the group. You report to the Global Head of ERP and Application services, Dag Widell.
