About the Department

The Client-Facing Products (CBP) department focuses on developing products for Inpay’s clients. With a team of 20 employees, including frontend and backend specialists, each team is structured around a Product Owner, QA, and its own backlog. Currently, they are on a growth journey, closing their legacy platform and building a new one to expand their offerings.

About the Position

As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer at Inpay, you will play a crucial role in shaping their products and services, integrating technology and commerce. This position offers an opportunity not only to enhance your development skills but also to gain deep insights into the Financial and FinTech sectors. You will have the autonomy to experiment with tools and technologies, designing solutions to effectively drive their future growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team and Product Owner to design, build, and maintain financial applications for corporations and financial institutions.
• Analyze and optimize business processes, prioritizing automation where feasible.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional software solutions.
• Implement integration with external web services.
• Contribute to crafting technical API documentation to maintain professional standards.
