Every year, ATP interacts with nearly half of all Danes, either in relation to state pension, work injury compensation, or payment of holiday pay.

Operational and Project Risk
You will become part of the department: Operational and Project Risk. The department’s tasks are diverse, with close contact with various business areas in ATP. The main task of the department is to identify and implement improvements in risk assessment and measurement in close collaboration with the first and second lines of defense. They support the business by identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting operational risks. An important task in this regard is to translate methodology into practical requirements and contribute to a robust and transparent risk culture to protect ATP’s reputation.
The department currently consists of 5 skilled colleagues, specializing in governance, business processes, process mapping, and risk management. The department is responsible for risk assessments, contingency plans, concepts, as well as governance for role and rights management and business processes. The department is characterized by being very proactive, as they contribute to ensuring solid risk management and effective governance throughout the organization.
Senior Risk Analyst
As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role as responsible for operational risk assessment and ensuring smooth adaptation of risk processes to ATP’s business needs. In close collaboration with the second line of defense, you will develop and refine risk management methods in a simple and effective manner. Your role also includes identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks, facilitating risk workshops, and continuously reporting risk matrices. You will identify and implement improvements in risk assessment and measurement, and in collaboration with both the second and third lines of defense, you will play a central role in strengthening ATP’s risk culture. Your skills are essential to support the administration business, corporate functions, and business support in handling and reporting operational risks.
Strong relationships across the first, second, and third lines of defense and throughout the organization are crucial, as you, as a Senior Risk Analyst, must translate complex methodologies into practical requirements and contribute to a robust and transparent risk culture that protects ATP’s reputation.
Your efforts will contribute to results such as the development of risk mapping, establishment of common risk assessments and processes, as well as identification and management of operational risks.
Responsibilities as Senior Risk Analyst
- Identify and implement improvements to risk assessment and measurement and set the direction for both level and method in close collaboration with the second and third lines of defense.
- Support ATP’s administration business, corporate functions, and business support in identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting operational risks.
- Build strong relationships across the business and across the first, second, and third lines of defense.
- Translate methodology into practical requirements.
- Contribute to a robust and transparent risk culture, so we collectively protect ATP’s reputation.
- Stakeholder management at multiple organizational levels from corporate management to employees.
Requirements for a Senior Risk Analyst
It is important that you:
- Have experience in operational risk management.
- Master stakeholder management at multiple organizational levels from corporate management to employees.
- Have extensive communication as well as analytical skills and can convey complex relationships both in writing and verbally.
- Can navigate the intersection between defense lines, requirements, and business.
