As a part of the Data Engineering Department, you will be a part of a highly skilled team of Data Engineers, who’s main task is to build and relentless evolve the data platform. The data platform is built upon Azure Cloud. The team works with big data sets every day and has a recent record of handling 920.000 transactions in one day and expects to grow in volume the next year. This rapid growth is causing new and interesting challenges within Data Engineering.
The team consists of 8 Data Engineers, who represents both junior and senior profiles and they are looking to grow significantly within the next year. They are all based at the office in Copenhagen, but they have a very flexible culture where it is possible to work from home 2-3 days a week.

The tech stack that you will be working with include Python (lots of PySpark), Azure functions, Databricks, Data Lake on Azure Data Lake storage, Azure SQL, Tableau/PowerBI, and Terraform for infrastructure as code, but the stack will also evolve over time as needed.
