UX, Engineering & Business
As a Senior AdTech Product Manager, you will be situated in the intersection of UX, engineering and business. On a daily basis, you will find close collaboration with a dedicated team of engineers, responsible for all technical aspects relevant to Linkfire’s product. However, you will also find close collaboration with the BizDev and AdOps team situated in Los Angeles. As such, the position is international in its outlook, and virtual meetings – to ensure effective cross-border communication – with the LA office will occur, but there are no expectations in regards to travelling between offices.
Linkfire is not only global in its outlook, but equally much so when it comes to their workforce, which brings to the table a unique and diverse way of solving complex business challenges. As of now, Linkfire counts more than 25 different nationalities and appreciates an open, informal entrepreneurial working environment. Among other things, this entails flexible working hours and the opportunity to do remote work three days a week.
The team consists of a total of 10 members including an engineering manager, one Data Analyst, one Data Engineer, three Product Engineers (front-/backend), one QA Engineer, one Cloud Ops Engineer and one designer, which represents both junior and senior profiles. The team works with agile ceremonies, product roadmaps, epics, and user stories, which you will be an integral part of on a daily basis to ensure continuous improvement.

Senior Adtech Product Manager
We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team as a Product Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our organization’s success by translating our business strategy into product goals and taking ownership of the relevant product mission. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, you will derive these goals and ensure alignment with our overall objectives.
To effectively guide product development, you will conduct strategic user and market research, employing a data-driven approach. By identifying value opportunities and understanding the needs of our clients and stakeholders, you will incorporate their input into the decision-making process. This research will also enable you to prioritize features and enhancements that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
As the Product Manager, you will be accountable for your product roadmap. This includes creating epics and user stories, coordinating releases, and ensuring value-driven prioritization. By actively participating in and leading agile ceremonies, you will organize the agile way of working with your autonomous team. This collaborative and iterative approach will enable you to validate new ideas through experiments, leveraging data to inform your decision-making.
Techical experience as an Adtech Product Manager
It is imperative that you have:
- A solid knowledge and experience with AdTech
- A demonstrated capability to employ a data-driven approach to product development.
- An ability to conduct strategic user and market research to identify value opportunities and understand the needs of our clients and stakeholders to include them in the decision-making process
- Strong communication skills to foster company wide alignment
Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have previous experience with the agile way of working (SAFe or SCRUM framework)
- Ensuring the continuous success of Linkfire’s product portfolio via an agile way of working as well as strong project management capabilities
- Employing a data-driven approach to product development
- Taking the lead on deliveries and initiatives in collaboration with your peers
- Fostering company-wide alignment and continuous buy-in to the product roadmap
- Communicating effectively with your stakeholders internally as well as externally to ensure alignment
We do not necessarily have a specific educational background in mind for the role as Product Manager, but we do, however, expect you to have a solid experience in project management as well as a strong strategic and commercial mindset.
