About the position

As a Project Manager at DSC, you will be part of the Operations & Projects department. You will be based at the head office in Taastrup but will also be present in the various shopping centers where your primary tasks are located. You will play a central role as a technical project owner, influencing all phases of the project from conception to completion.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Planning, organizing, and managing all phases of construction projects
• Managing budgets and timelines
• Handling authority approvals and selecting external consultants
• Ensuring quality and conducting 1- and 5-year inspections

Responsibilities

• Managing the project portfolio in selected centers
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Budget management and financial reporting
• Risk management

Our Expectations

• A degree in architectural technology or a similar field
• 5-7 years of project management experience
• Experience from both contractor and client sides is an advantage
• Commercial understanding and strong project financial skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team
• Knowledge of sustainable construction

About You

You will work closely with Operations Managers, Leasing Managers, and Center Managers in your portfolio of shopping centers. Your communication skills will be crucial for building and maintaining good collaborative relationships, both externally and internally. You are proactive, innovative, and have the ability to oversee multiple projects at various stages.
