About the Post-Tensioning Department

The Post-Tensioning Department is a central part of CCL Scandinavia A/S and consists of experienced installers dedicated to ensuring efficient and timely post-tensioning processes. They are committed to continuously improving their products and processes through innovation and a focus on quality.

About the Position and Responsibilities as Project Manager

They are seeking an experienced project manager to strengthen their team. As a project manager at CCL Scandinavia, you will be a key player in their central business unit focusing on post-tensioning. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are executed with high quality and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily project management within post-tensioning
• Project administration and control
• Financial management, including invoicing and negotiating change orders
• Time and resource planning
• Digital quality management with input from the workforce
• Participation in estimation and tendering work
• Technical guidance and support to customers and other stakeholders, including your colleagues
• Coordination of design work related to projects
• Leadership and motivation

Qualifications as Project Manager

CCL Scandinavia is looking for a candidate with experience in project and construction management and a strong business understanding. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You have an outgoing personality and thrive in working independently as well as in teams. Experience with post-tensioning technology is an advantage.
