About Tetra Pak Processing Systems

Tetra Pak Processing Systems is a division dedicated to innovating food processing. This division focuses on advancing the development and production of sophisticated process systems and equipment customized for the ice cream industry.

About the Position

As a Product Specialist Automation Engineer, you will join a team of over 25 innovative colleagues, focusing on supporting line solutions for ice cream production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing PLC-based software solutions for equipment.
• Continuously improving existing software solutions and managing the code base.
• Collaborating with the Product Manager to define and execute automation roadmap and plans for projects and technical tasks.
• Providing technical and commercial support to colleagues and customers, including assistance for sales with cost calculations and evaluation of technical solutions.
• Commissioning and troubleshooting equipment, both remotely and at customer sites.
• Ensuring the provision of technical documentation and manuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in PLC programming and automation solutions.
• Strong technical leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to travel, approximately 20 days per year.
