About the Position and Responsibilities

• As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading projects within Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Management, End-2-end Process Excellence, and Commercial Excellence. You will:
• Analyze, design, and implement improvements in business performance.
• Develop tailored solutions and work closely with clients to ensure a positive and sustainable impact.
• Be responsible for effective project management within timeframe and budget.
• Work across industries with global concepts and methods.
• Identify new commercial opportunities in collaboration with colleagues, directors, and partners.
• Serve as a role model for junior consultants and contribute to their professional and personal development.

Qualifications

• Solid background from consulting firms, industry, or a combination of both.
• Experience in project management, optimization, digitization, and process improvement.
• Skilled in strategic sourcing and operational procurement.
• Ability to design and implement performance management systems.
