Graduate Center Manager

About the Positions

We are seeking two dynamic and engaged Graduate Center Managers for two of our centres, City2 and Friis Shopping Centre. As a Graduate Center Manager, you will support the daily operations and development of the respective centre. You will have the opportunity to make your mark on the work and play a central role in ensuring optimal operation and progress. In the first year, you will participate in a tailored graduate program that will prepare you for various areas of business understanding, leadership, and handling challenges, and have close collaboration with the Center Manager in City2 & Friis Shopping Centre, respectively.

Responsibilities include

• Leading and managing changes with a commercial focus to ensure development and growth.
• Developing and executing local center strategy in collaboration with management and the Center Manager.
• Collaborating with stores, customers, and stakeholders to ensure optimal service and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant education within retail, marketing, or finance.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience within retail or center management.
• Strong commercial and strategic competencies.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams towards common goals.
• Proactive approach to tasks and ability to take initiative.
• Energy, passion, and ability to drive change.
• Creative thinking and natural curiosity.
