About the Department

The position is located in the Business Development Department, which focuses on strategic initiatives and processes. The department plays a central role in supporting Novafos’ efforts to reduce climate impact and implement sustainable solutions.

About the Position and Responsibilities

Novafos is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support the management team and CEO in their daily work of creating green solutions for future generations. You will be responsible for coordinating and resolving tasks related to the company’s strategic and organizational work. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Establishment and management of annual cycles and target management processes.
  • Planning and coordination of management meetings and board meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
  • Facilitation of Chef- and Leader seminars in close collaboration with the Director of Business Development.

Your Profile

Novafos envisions that you:

  • Have a relevant academic education at the master’s level.
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Have strategic insight and experience in facilitating processes.
  • Have experience in project management.
  • Have experience in organizational development.
  • Are good at establishing relationships and networking.
  • Can work independently and maintain an overview.
  • Are good at communicating verbally and in writing.

You can also charge your electric car at work.
