About the department
As an Endpoint Manager, you will join Kemp & Lauritzen’s IT department, which consists of 30 employees in total. The department is divided into smaller teams, and you will be part of a specialized IT infrastructure and security team of seven employees, responsible for areas such as Endpoint, Identity, and Infrastructure Management. Within this team, employees work in pairs on various responsibilities and collaborate closely with other teams to support approximately 3,000 employees. The team starts each day with a joint review, holds team meetings, social events, and participates in two annual IT team days.
About the position
In the role of Endpoint Manager, you will lead the development, operation, and planning of Kemp & Lauritzen’s cloud-based IT infrastructure. You will ensure that all endpoints meet high standards for security and functionality, while also contributing to the optimization and streamlining of device onboarding and offboarding. It is therefore essential that you have experience with cloud-based endpoint management. Currently, Kemp & Lauritzen has a hybrid setup, working with both on-premise and cloud, but they plan to transition to a cloud-only setup by 2025, in which you will play a central role. You will have the opportunity to influence developments in large projects such as MS SIEM Sentinel and the rollout of Windows 11.
Responsibilities
As an Endpoint Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Cloud management of endpoints in MS Intune
- Settings management (GPO, MAM, etc.)
- Security and update management of operating systems
- Certificates and PKI infrastructure
- Client services (MBAM, LAPS)
- Device preparation and automation via Autopilot
- Application portfolio administration
- Hardware portfolio and incident monitoring (MS Defender and SIEM Sentinel)
