CRM Tech Lead

Dansk Sundhedssikring / Full time

Dansk Sundhedssikring is Denmark’s largest provider of health insurance. The company operates as an independent unit and is part of Oona Health, which is owned by Topdanmark.

Dansk Sundhedssikring is dedicated to health, and particularly health expertise is an essential part of their company DNA. Therefore, their health team consists of doctors and nurses who ensure that their customers navigate smoothly through the public and private healthcare systems. They take care of their customers both when an injury has occurred and in the preventive phase.

Since its establishment in 2012, Dansk Sundhedssikring has grown every year, and in the last 6 years, they have expanded from 95 to 300 dedicated and professionally skilled employees.

You will therefore be joining a company rooted in strong expertise across business areas and one that continues to grow.

About the Department

As CRM Tech Lead, you will be part of IT, which consists of 25 employees. The department includes several development teams as well as an experienced Architect who works across all teams.

Dansk Sundhedssikring is on an exciting journey in terms of their IT systems, and you will therefore have the opportunity to take ownership and influence this development.

Currently, the company is transitioning from using Navision to Business Central as their financial system, focusing on executing their cloud strategy and moving from monolithic solutions to microservices.

As CRM Tech Lead, you will be responsible for their KAS (customer administration system), which handles policy and ERP management. This policy management system is built on Microsoft Dynamics, and you will be part of scaling it to a new level as Dansk Sundhedssikring continues to grow.

The CRM team consists of two developers working in Microsoft Dynamics. One of the developers speaks English, so English language skills will be required for the CRM Tech Lead role.

In addition to the two developers, you will work closely with a Product Owner to define the architecture and CRM system framework.

About the Position

As CRM Tech Lead, you will have full responsibility for Dansk Sundhedssikring’s CRM system. In practice, this means that, together with the two CRM developers, you will be responsible for the technical development and operations, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all support, incidents, and operational issues.

Dansk Sundhedssikring is also on a technical journey to optimize and modernize their CRM system. You will play a key role in integrating standardized processes and code and moving the system to the cloud, based on your understanding of both the current (“as is”) and future (“to be”) state.

A significant part of the role also involves prioritizing development tasks in collaboration with the Product Owner and keeping them continuously updated on the progress and expected release dates.

You will also maintain a complete overview of the current and desired states, and together with the Architect, you will develop a roadmap for small and large architectural improvements.

Additionally, you will oversee deliveries and priorities, ensuring ongoing alignment with relevant business owners. You will have the opportunity for technical and professional sparring, proactively suggesting improvements to future-proof the core system in relation to business processes.

Requirements

To succeed in the role, it is expected that you have:

  • An understanding of the most common development languages, including .Net
  • Strong competencies in CRM / Microsoft technologies
  • Several years of experience in development / operations
  • The ability to work at a high pace and take responsibility
  • A structured mindset and the ability to find solutions to complex problems
  • Good English language skills
