CRM Tech Lead
Do you want to be the technical driving force behind the CRM platform at Denmark’s largest provider of health insurance? About the role
As CRM Tech Lead, you will have full responsibility for Dansk Sundhedssikring’s CRM system, including the customer administration system (KAS). The solution is based on Microsoft Dynamics, and you will be responsible for operations, further development, and modernization of the platform.
Your responsibilities include:

Proactively proposing improvements to future-proof the system

Taking technical, development, and operational ownership of the CRM platform

Acting as the Single Point of Contact for incidents and support

Defining the technical direction for the CRM system’s architecture and development

Documenting the current and target state and creating a roadmap in collaboration with the architect

Continuously prioritizing tasks and ensuring clear communication regarding progress and releases
About the department
You will join the IT Development department, consisting of 25 employees across several development teams. The department is undergoing a technological transformation, moving from monolithic solutions to microservices, and replacing Navision with Business Central as the financial system.
The CRM team consists of two developers, one of whom works in English, meaning you will have ongoing dialogue in both Danish and English. You will work closely with the Product Owner and the cross-functional architect, as well as collaborate naturally across development teams and the broader IT organization.

Troubleshooting and debugging complex technical challenges

Ensuring clear alignment of expectations with the Product Owner and the business

Supporting close collaboration within the CRM team and across IT Development
Requirements
Dansk Sundhedssikring is open to candidates with various educational backgrounds, preferably at master’s level within IT. To succeed in this role, you are expected to have:

Experience with .NET or similar development languages

Strong competencies within CRM and Microsoft technologies

Experience with development, operations, or system ownership

The ability to work in a structured manner and solve complex problems

Comfort taking responsibility and working at a fast pace

Strong English language skills
