In the department you’ll be joining, a dedicated team of specialists with high seniority works together. The team consists of PLC programmers, electrical designers, and robot programmers, all of whom are ambitious about delivering customized automation solutions tailored to each client. The department uses advanced technologies, including PLC platforms from Siemens and Rockwell, as well as robotic technology from Fanuc, Kuka, Denso, and ABB. Collaborations with both large and smaller clients have built strong relationships and synergies, which positively contribute to technical and custom solutions.

About the position

As an Automation Manager, you will play a key role in both leadership and within your team. You will be part of a skilled team of specialists working on advanced automation projects in robotics, PLC, and HMI programming. You will work with both large and smaller clients, with responsibilities ranging from personnel management to project oversight. You will ensure that the team delivers high-quality, customized solutions that meet clients’ needs and expectations for intelligent automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management: Ensure high well-being and both professional and personal development among your team members. Promote a positive team dynamic and ensure that team members feel seen and heard. Utilize communication and interpersonal skills both in one-on-one settings and in team meetings.
• Project Management & Resource Planning: Be responsible for project management and project architecture for client projects and staffing. Ensure that projects meet clients’ needs and expectations and are correctly staffed with the right technical expertise.
• Technical Expertise Support: Provide technical guidance to the team and address complex questions related to technical challenges in PLC, robotics, and HMI programming.
