DBI IT / Full time

DBI IT is looking for a Tech Lead with DevOps responsibility to join their development team. The position is a central role in the continued development of DBI IT’s cloud journey, as the company gradually moves toward more cloud-native solutions.

The role is suited for a technically strong profile who is motivated by quality, architecture, and technical sparring, and who thrives in an environment with high professionalism and clear values.

About the position

As Tech Lead, you will become the technical driving force in the development team and will have a clear mandate to shape the technical direction. You will have significant influence on DBI IT’s cloud transformation, including architecture, technology choices, and how solutions are designed and operated.

The role is hands-on in the form of proof of concepts, architecture work, and technical sparring, but is not intended as a permanent developer role. You will work closely with the technical director and act as their technical sparring partner on a daily basis.

An important part of the role is being able to communicate technical choices clearly and create shared direction across a team with varied backgrounds and experience.

Areas of responsibility

• Drive and further develop DBI IT’s cloud journey with a focus on cloud-native solutions and NoOps or LowOps
• Act as daily technical sparring partner for the development team and the technical director
• Contribute to architecture, best practices, and technical decisions
• Support and further develop agile working methods
• Contribute to technological innovation, including the use of AI in the products
• Ensure high quality, stability, and scalability in platforms and products

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with solid technical experience and a desire to take responsibility for technical initiatives.

We would like you to have:

• Around 5-7 years of experience with software development
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based architectures
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps
• Strong competencies in C# and .NET backend development
• Experience with databases such as MSSQL and preferably Cosmos DB
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, e.g., Bicep or Terraform
• Knowledge of microservices, cloud-native design, and agile methods

You must be fluent in Danish, as daily dialogue within the team takes place in Danish.
