Team Leader for Drainage Models – strengthen the foundation for Novafos’ billion-dollar investments

At Novafos, the aim is to be at the forefront of sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions that make a difference in daily life and the environment. Novafos is currently seeking a new team leader for its Drainage Models team.

Team Leader for strong specialists

The models form the entire basis for Novafos’ extensive construction investments. Your skills and competencies are crucial for maintaining a solid foundation for well-considered investments.

You will lead a team of 11 highly specialised and helpful employees who work with hydraulic models, assess overflow quantities, and collaborate with the organisation’s other planning and project teams as well as operations departments. The Drainage Models team is one of 6 teams in the Planning, Purification & Drainage department, which currently has 75 employees.

Strong collaborative skills with employees and team leaders

• Your professional understanding allows you to provide perspective and direction, motivating employees to work diligently towards achieving the overall goal
• You will work closely with fellow team leaders, especially within the Planning, Purification, and Drainage department, both in terms of servicing and participating in innovation projects, including initiating new initiatives that develop the organisation and its employees
• You will play a role in shaping Novafos’ culture in close collaboration with employees and fellow leaders

You as a leader

In addition to mastering classic disciplines such as ensuring progress and allocating the right resources to projects, you find it exciting to lead a team of specialists. An engineering degree or similar education with knowledge of the supply industry and modelling, preferably in the drainage sector, is expected. It is advantageous to have several years of experience as a personnel manager and to be used to collaborating with consultants and preparing tenders.

Your workplace will be at Block 9 in Birkerød. Salary according to the applicable KL collective agreement and qualifications.
