About Terma
Terma is a cutting-edge and innovative organisation that specialises in delivering mission-critical solutions for the defense and aerospace industry. With a global presence and a commitment to advanced technology, Terma develops products and systems spanning defense, non-defense, and security applications. Its portfolio includes command and control systems, radar systems, self-protection systems for aircraft and vessels, space technology, and aerostructures for the aircraft industry. Headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark, Terma operates internationally through subsidiaries and operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, India, Singapore, and the U.S. Terma’s overarching mission is to provide security for nations, alliances, critical infrastructure, and individuals through cutting-edge technologies, safeguarding people and vital infrastructure across land, sea, air, and space domains.
The C2 organisation based in Lystrup is responsible for Terma’s C2-Ground/Air solutions, focusing on delivering situational awareness for surveillance, perimeter safety, and combat planning and execution. Comprising 100 highly engaged colleagues across two sites in Søborg and Lystrup, the C2 organisation operates in stable, interdisciplinary, and self-managed product/project teams that adhere to agile principles from Scrum.
The department values a healthy work-life balance, so following the on-boarding process, employees have the flexibility to work remotely for two days each week. However, most team members choose to be present at the office throughout the workweek due to the welcoming and enjoyable environment. When working on classified projects, remote work may not be available during those specific periods.
