Pharmacosmos is seeking a quality-conscious employee with IT flair to join a small administrator group responsible for the company’s global document and quality management system, COSMOS, based on Ennov software. The system is used for the company’s electronic handling and management of documentation (e.g. SOP documents), training activities, and quality processes (e.g. change control).
Your new role
Reporting to the leader of the GxP System Compliance department in the global quality department, you will become part of the COSMOS administrator group, currently consisting of 2 people.
You will be involved in:
- Daily system support
- User administration (creation and deletion of users and adjustment of user rights)
- Maintenance of existing processes, including associated validation and technical documentation
- Implementation, testing, and validation of new document management or quality processes, including the preparation of validation and technical documentation
- Project leadership for definition and implementation of new quality processes
- User training
- Preparation and maintenance of user manuals
- Preparation and maintenance of administrator manuals
- Preparation and maintenance of various system-related procedures and SOP documents
- Assisting with the conduct of annual system review meetings

The team currently consists of 2 colleagues who together handle all tasks related to maintaining and expanding the functionality of the system, as well as training employees in its use. Professional qualifications may include:
- Experience from work in the pharmaceutical industry (required)
- Experience with document management (required)
- Experience with document management and quality systems, preferably as an administrator or power user
- Experience with quality processes is a plus
- Experience with quality management is a plus
