About the position and responsibilities as Project Manager

CCL Scandinavia is seeking an experienced project manager to strengthen its team. As a project manager, you will be a key player in the central business unit focusing on post-tensioning, responsible for leading and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are executed with high quality and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily project management within post-tensioning
• Project administration and control
• Financial management, including invoicing and negotiating change orders
• Time and resource planning
• Digital quality management with input from the workforce
• Participation in estimation and tendering work
• Technical guidance and support to customers and other stakeholders, including colleagues
• Coordination of design work related to projects
• Leadership and motivation

Qualifications as Project Manager

CCL Scandinavia is looking for a candidate with experience in project and construction management and a strong business understanding. Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to thrive working independently as well as in teams. Experience with post-tensioning technology is an advantage.
