Do you have a passion for GMP and production, and strong competencies within documentation? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for.
We are currently looking for a Production Assistant to join our production team. You will experience an exciting environment with plenty of room to grow, and broad and varied tasks. We are looking for an employee who thrives with a varied range of tasks, has an eye for quality and detail, and enjoys broad contact across our various professional areas of production.
About us
Our production consists of two API production departments: production of carbohydrates and production of iron carbohydrate complexes for injection use, carried out at a large-scale production facility with many different unit operations. Production also has access to a well-equipped pilot plant. You will report to the VP of Production and have broad contact across the department, which consists of two team leaders, a warehouse manager, chemists, and process operators. Production is also supported by the technical departments, consisting of a group of dedicated smiths and electricians.
You will become part of an open and helpful team. Our production covers many different areas, so it is important that you can handle varied tasks and challenges at the same time. Respect for each individual colleague and the different professional areas is also highly valued.
About the position
As Production Assistant, you will play a key role in production and get the opportunity to work with a broad range of tasks within GMP, which are of great importance to day-to-day production activities. You will also collaborate with different professional groups, where collaboration plays a central role in ensuring efficient and optimal production.
You thrive with daily tasks and processes that need continuous follow-up, and you are presumably already used to working in a production environment, taking responsibility for tasks related to an assistant role. Tasks you will typically be responsible for include batch documentation, CPV, logbook review, SOP updates, and bookkeeping tasks.
You will be responsible for ensuring that documentation is correct according to procedures and guidelines and follows applicable requirements and standards in the area. You have a natural interest in being present in production and the warehouse, and you will have broad internal collaboration with production, warehouse, the technical department, and the quality department.
Areas of responsibility include:
- Shared responsibility for ensuring the correct GMP level is maintained in the warehouse and production
- Continued Process Verification (CPV), including preparing reports and checking data
- Batch documentation, including printing documents from the document management system and updating production records
- Review of batch documentation
- Review of logbooks in production and the warehouse
- Document updates
- Repackaging, including reviewing and approving repackaging
- Bookkeeping tasks
- Various administrative tasks and assistant tasks for the VP of Production
About you
We imagine that you have a background as a laboratory technician, process technologist, or bioanalyst, and preferably a couple of years of experience within production and quality.
As a person, you have strong analytical skills and take ownership of tasks where attention to detail helps ensure high quality. You are naturally proactive and good at collaborating with other professional groups. You are good at building relationships and can talk to anyone. You show commitment, and your structured approach gives you a good overview and helps you succeed with your tasks. You communicate well in Danish, including in written documentation.
We offer a job with

- A genuinely good working environment
- Salary based on qualifications
- Health insurance and a lunch scheme
