IT department

The PAS-X Specialist position is within the local IT department, serving as the crucial link between the Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) team and the Injectable Finished Products (IFP) production unit. The diverse team of 12 members, including IT engineers, GMBR designers, administrative supporters, scrum masters, operators, student assistants, and a compliance consultant, values the varied skills and experiences each member brings.

DD&IT is at the forefront of digital healthcare, working in partnership with the business to drive digital transformation and innovation across the entire company value chain, from concept to patient.

PAS-X Specialist

As a PAS-X Specialist, you will have a unique opportunity to lead various PAS-X projects aimed at transitioning from paper-based to digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing solutions within the GMBR framework, analysing workflows and tasks within the production unit, monitoring project progress, and delegating tasks and responsibilities related to the project. You will also play a pivotal role in maintaining an overview of the PAS-X application itself.

In addition to project-specific responsibilities, you will contribute to various projects related to the company’s ongoing digitalisation journey. Digital transformation is a top priority for the company, which is dedicated to staying at the forefront of technology in pharmaceutical manufacturing, aiming to drive automation and digitalisation throughout the manufacturing value chain.

Key responsibilities as a PAS-X Specialist

• Support local production on PAS-X GMBR design activities
• Act as a business partner and facilitate communication between Digital, Data & IT and IFP Production
• Deliver end-to-end solutions in IT projects, including project management, development, testing, and documentation
• Cultivate a passion for the field, continually expand your knowledge, and embrace the responsibilities that come with this role
