About the position and responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading projects within Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Management, End-2-end Process Excellence, and Commercial Excellence. You will:

• Analyse, design, and implement improvements in business performance
• Develop tailored solutions and work closely with clients to ensure a positive and sustainable impact
• Be responsible for effective project management within timeframe and budget
• Work across industries with global concepts and methods
• Identify new commercial opportunities in collaboration with colleagues, directors, and partners
• Serve as a role model for junior consultants and contribute to their professional and personal development

Qualifications

• Solid background from consulting firms, industry, or a combination of both
• Experience in project management, optimisation, digitisation, and process improvement
• Skilled in strategic sourcing and operational procurement
• Ability to design and implement performance management systems
