Do you have experience navigating politically governed public organizations and want to ensure efficient operations? We are looking for an Interim Operations Manager for a public client, where you will be responsible for approximately 120 employees across operational and administrative functions.

As an Operations Manager, you will be tasked with leading and coordinating operational tasks in an organization where understanding political decision-making processes, leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration are essential.

We are looking for a profile who:

• Has solid experience in management and operations within public organizations
• Understands the dynamics of a politically governed context
• Is available to start in early/mid-January
