In this role, together with the other members of the team, you will ensure that the operation, maintenance, and further development of the solution across all the systems is carried out with high quality, meeting internal standards and requirements. You will also help facilitate and ensure that, through configuration and automation, the systems’ support of business processes is continuously optimized.

In the role of System Owner/Application Manager, your focus is on good collaboration with the system-related business areas. You also work closely with a number of external partners, as part of the tasks within operations, support, maintenance, and further development are outsourced to external suppliers. The customer inquiry systems are maintained partly internally and partly in collaboration with an external supplier.

Together with the team, you will therefore maintain good supplier relationships and ensure contract compliance from start to finish. You are the one who ensures that suppliers correctly implement business needs in the systems, with consideration for functionality, technology, and economics. You are also the one who proposes new technical and configuration-related improvements to the business areas that will create efficiencies and quality improvements, while continuously focusing on ensuring effective and value-creating service management processes.

Your tasks will mainly lie within the following areas:

• Actively contribute to the governance of UFST’s IT solutions
• Coordination between stakeholders in connection with change management
• Ensure improvements to digital solutions
• Ensure that the system is operated technically optimally and efficiently by suppliers
• Ensure that maintenance is carried out with the greatest possible economic efficiency, including quality assurance and assessment of suppliers’ estimates and offers
• Requirements specification based on business requirements in collaboration with those responsible for the business

Requirements

Your professional qualifications include, among others:

• Experience coordinating application development and maintenance from a similar role
• Experience with requirements specification, testing, operations, and support
• Experience managing suppliers in outsourced IT operations
• Experience working in a complex setup where you must collaborate with many stakeholders and multiple suppliers

It would be an advantage if:

• You have technical IT insight into, for example, web services, AD, networks, server operations, and similar
• You have experience as a project manager or coordinator
