Team Leader for Drainage Models – Strengthen the foundation for Novafos’ billion-dollar investments

At Novafos, they aim to be at the forefront of sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions that make a difference in our daily lives and the environment. They are currently seeking a new team leader for their Drainage Models team.

Team Leader for Strong Specialists

The models form the entire basis for their extensive construction investments. Your skills and competencies are crucial for maintaining a solid foundation for well-considered investments.

You will lead a team of 11 highly specialized and helpful employees who work with hydraulic models, assess overflow quantities, and collaborate with the organization’s other planning and project teams as well as operations departments. The Drainage Models team is one of 6 teams in their Planning, Purification & Drainage department, which currently has 75 employees.

Strong Collaborative Skills with Employees and Team Leaders

Your professional understanding allows you to provide perspective and direction, motivating employees to work diligently towards achieving the overall goal.
You will work closely with your fellow team leaders, especially within the Planning, Purification, and Drainage department, both in terms of servicing and participating in innovation projects, including initiating new initiatives that develop the organization and its employees.
You will play a role in shaping Novafos’ culture in close collaboration with employees and your fellow leaders.

You as a Leader

In addition to mastering classic disciplines such as ensuring progress and allocating the right resources to projects, you find it exciting to lead a team of specialists. You are credible and engaging with your employees, and you have the ability to see the bigger picture. You are adaptable to change, structured, and focused. You excel at communicating and providing feedback and are clear about your expectations – especially when it comes to working towards new goals and forms of cooperation. You keep your goals in mind when planning the team’s projects and managing the professional focus while ensuring that employees thrive and develop.

They envision that you have an engineering degree or a similar education with knowledge of the supply industry and modeling, preferably in the drainage sector. It is advantageous if you have several years of experience as a personnel manager and if you are used to collaborating with consultants and preparing tenders.

Practical Details

Your workplace will be at Block 9 in Birkerød. Salary according to the applicable KL collective agreement and qualifications.
