About the Technology Implementation department
The Technology Implementation department comprises around 60 dedicated employees, divided into two primary areas: CTO Advisory & Digital Identity. These areas further consist of six sub-teams collaborating closely to provide high-quality technology consulting and solutions to clients across various sectors. Technology Implementation acts as a collaborative partner for clients needing to manage, streamline, and document employees’ access to critical business systems, functions, and data.
About the Position and Responsibilities
In this role, you will join the Digital Identity team, consisting of 35-40 specialists focused on maintaining clients’ digital identities and access management at the highest security level. Collaborating closely with clients is essential for developing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Overall, the Technology Implementation department is dedicated to delivering top-notch technological solutions and enhancing clients’ capabilities.
IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions are crucial within cybersecurity for creating clarity and coherence in identity and user rights management. These solutions align and automate user administration processes, reducing reliance on individuals and ensuring necessary documentation. As a Senior Associate/Manager, you will help shape and implement IAM and PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions for PwC’s clients. Drawing on your previous experience, you will assess, strategize, and deliver IAM and PAM frameworks aligned with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end IAM and PAM solutions.
- Provide expertise in integrating IAM and PAM solutions with various systems, applications, and cloud platforms.
- Deliver training and workshops to clients on IAM and PAM best practices and the usage of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in IAM and PAM.
- Strong knowledge of IAM and PAM concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience with IAM and PAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.) are a plus.
