About the department

As part of Siemens Smart Infrastructure (SI), our division shapes the market for intelligent, adaptive infrastructure solutions. With a focus on addressing urbanization and climate change challenges, we connect energy systems, buildings, and industries. Within SI, the ‘Electrification & Automation’ unit offers a comprehensive portfolio in electrification and automation, driving transformation through innovation and digitalization.

About the position and responsibilities

Joining Siemens as a Sales Manager means contributing to projects with significant societal impact. You will play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities and building long-term customer relationships in the electrification and automation market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of assigned customers within the industry and EPCs.
  • Handling all customer-facing activities and delivering solution presentations.
  • Providing advice on medium-voltage switchgear and automation solutions.
  • Leading the bid management process and coordinating proposals.
  • Negotiating contracts and tailoring communication to various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Sector expertise in electrification, automation, and related technologies.
  • Experience in transformer stations/substations, switchgear systems, and medium-voltage power distribution.
  • Proficiency in commissioning, relay protection systems, and Operational Technology (OT).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster enduring customer relationships.
  • Fluency in Danish and English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
