About the Position
As an Operations Manager at Frederiksberg Centret, you will help ensure that the center, with its 29,000 square meters and 90 leases, always meets the highest standards and creates exceptional experiences for its tenants and 7.5 million annual visitors. In close collaboration with their multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of Frederiksberg Centret. Your daily routine will be dynamic and characterized by contact with a wide range of stakeholders, including external partners, authorities, shops, and their customers.
About the Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will vary greatly, so it’s important that you always maintain an overview and are able to prioritize to ensure the best conditions for their tenants and customers. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Maintenance and Projects:
- Continuously identify and evaluate property compliance regarding fire and safety
- Ensure that partners perform planned maintenance of the center’s technical installations
- Follow up on collaboration agreements
- Track FM tasks via DaluxFM
- Price and manage minor leasehold renovations and technical projects
Long-Term Planning:
- Execute FM strategies in accordance with the company’s overall goals
- Integrate sustainability and environmental considerations into planning
- Continuous energy optimization and energy consumption monitoring
Budget and Resource Management:
- Personnel management and employee development
- Report and manage current and future budgets for FM activities (OPEX and CAPEX)
- Allocate internal and external resources effectively to achieve strategic goals
Qualifications
It is advantageous if you have a keen eye for technological development and thrive in a dynamic environment. As a leader and active participant in the team, you are the key person in maintaining open and respectful dialogue, even when the pace is high and quick decisions must be made. You will have significant autonomy in your daily operations and be able to make decisions independently.
In addition, you are expected to:
- Possess education as a marine engineer, electrical installer, or have an equivalent relevant technical background and expertise
- Be known for your adaptability, positivity, and ability to identify opportunities and solutions rather than focusing on limitations and challenges
- Have documented experience in Facility Management and preferably several of the tasks mentioned above
