Job Description

Capax is seeking an IT Infrastructure Architect on behalf of PolyPeptide. In this role, you will focus on creating a future-proof infrastructure strategy, balancing current needs with long-term goals. This involves integrating industry best practices, especially in security and compliance, while driving innovation and modernization. You will develop and maintain hybrid architecture models, meeting both cloud and on-premises needs. Leading digital transformation initiatives, you will focus on infrastructure modernization and service enhancement. Your primary focus will be long-term planning, digital transformation, and ensuring IT infrastructure aligns with the organization’s strategic vision. Working closely with Service Owners, you will develop strategic roadmaps and oversee modernization initiatives, maintaining stability, compliance, and security. This role is pivotal in driving change and supporting PolyPeptide’s future growth. The position is based in Malmö, with global responsibilities, and may require business trips and work outside local business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a holistic infrastructure architecture that balances cloud and on-premises needs in a hybrid model.
• Focus on long-term planning, digital transformation, and alignment with the strategic vision of the organization.
• Collaborate closely with Service Owners to develop strategic roadmaps and oversee modernization initiatives.
