Case: Recruitment of candidates for start-up of a new datacenter in Denmark

Our customer had a great need for candidates for their new facility management team in a new data center in Denmark. Customer requirements included that the candidates should be fluent in both Danish and English.
The major challenge was the location of the data center, which restricted the candidate field.
More than 20 candidates were accepted by the customer over a period of 2 months.

Case: Pipe System Design Engineers to the oil & gas industry

Our customer needed a skilled pipe system engineer who needed to have experience in fatique of materials & structural strengths or other qualified numerical analysis experience.
The challenge was to find a candidate who could meet the requirements for senority and had relevant industry experience.
