Handling of sensitive personal data

This declaration relates to the processing and disclosure of your personal data.

Capax only record the information that you supply to Capax. This information includes name, address, telephone number, date of birth, marital status, work experience, training, education, courses followed, certificates, hobbies, language skills, references and possibly information about why you are looking for a new position.

Purpose of declaration
This information is used to introduce you to companies who are looking for new employees.
Capax discloses the following personal information to companies looking for new employees: name, city / municipality, age, marital status, work experience, training, education, certificates, hobbies, language skills, references and why you are looking for a new position.

Validity of declaration
The declaration is valid from the date of the candidate’s approval that Capax has his/hers personal data stored.
The declaration is valid until the candidate withdraw his/hers consent.

Entitlement of Candidate
The candidate can at any time contact Capax if he/she wishes to know what personal information we have registered, want to correct data or ask for some or all of the stored data to be deleted. Please contaxt Capax by emailing on contact@capaxrecruitment.com. Information which has already disclosed to a company will not be rescinded by. However, Capax will inform said company about what changes have been made to the data – whether it has been corrected, deleted, etc. Data is deleted within six weeks of Capax Recruitment receiving a deletion request.

Capax’s IT systems are operated by the parent company, Mediehuset Ingeniøren A/S (MI). Capax has entered into a data processing agreement with MI. The agreement states that MI is the sole supplier and that MI is only allowed to process personal data in accordance with express instructions from Capax Recruitment. MI is also charged with ensuring that both technical and organisational security measures are in place to prevent personal data from being destroyed, accessed by third parties, etc.

The candidate is at any time entitled to complain to Datatilsynet (https://www.datainspektionen.se/other-lang/in-english/).
