What kind of culture defines Capax?

”Capax has a very flat organisational structure and it is important that all of our employees have the opportunity to influence the direction of our company. This means that all our employees are encouraged to participate and contribute in regards to most strategic decisions. At the same time, I am a firm believer in that employees should work with what they are passionate about and most skilled at. This means that our recruitment specialists are allowed to focus on the recruitment processes and do not need to take on commercial and economic responsibilities. We try to listen to our employees’ wishes and look at their competences in order to achieve the best possible results.”

How do you work at Capax?

”It is important that an average day at Capax is defined by internal sparring and teamwork. This is the basis of the knowledge and information sharing that is essential to ensure the best possible results for our clients. Working for Capax means being handed a lot of responsibility, trust and independence.”

What is expected from a new employee?

”A new employee at Capax has to be comfortable with working in a high-tempo environment where everyone is asked to multi-task, you have many deadlines to meet and where focus can change quickly. Employees also need good analytical skills and be able to understand our clients’ complex wishes and needs. These qualifications and skills are the foundation for the trust and independence that our employees enjoy, and my experience is that our staff has a great degree of freedom to organise their own days in the best way possible.”

Christina has a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration. She is also a fully qualified and trained journalist with a degree in Journalism and Media from the Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole. She has been working with recruitment, job market analysis and careers consulting for engineers and IT specialists for the last ten years. Christina’s special areas of interest include development of new recruitment methods and recruitment strategies.
